Beach Vodka Late Bloom Blackberry Vodka Cocktail Recipe

Fresh blackberries, fragrant basil, and bright lemon come together in an easy blackberry vodka cocktail recipe with a light, sparkling finish.

Some of summer’s best moments arrive just when the season seems to be winding down. Late Bloom is a blackberry basil vodka cocktail that captures that feeling in a glass: colorful, refreshing, and worth savoring before the moment passes.

Juicy blackberries give the cocktail a sweet-tart berry flavor, while fresh basil adds an aromatic, garden-inspired note. Lemon juice keeps everything bright, a touch of simple syrup smooths the edges, and soda water brings a light, bubbly finish; exactly what you want from a summer vodka cocktail recipe.

Serve it for late-summer afternoons, golden-hour gatherings, backyard dinners, or any occasion that calls for something fresh and easygoing.

Ingredients

Makes one cocktail.

  • 2 fresh blackberries, plus more for garnish

  • 2 fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnish

  • ¾ ounce simple syrup

  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

  • 1½ ounces Beach Vodka

  • Soda water

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Place the blackberries and basil leaves in a cocktail shaker. Gently muddle until the berries release their juices and the basil becomes fragrant.

  2. Add the Beach Vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice.

  3. Shake until the cocktail is well chilled.

  4. Pour the entire contents of the shaker into a cocktail glass without straining.

  5. Top with soda water and stir gently.

  6. Garnish with fresh blackberries and basil.
