Summer's Last Call: A Spicy Grapefruit Vodka Cocktail Recipe

Cool cucumber, bright citrus, and jalapeño agave give this cucumber lime vodka cocktail a crisp finish and a subtle kick.
Summer rarely ends all at once. It lingers through warm afternoons, glowing sunsets, and those final get-togethers that stretch long after the sun goes down. Summer’s Last Call is a spicy grapefruit vodka cocktail made for savoring every last drop of the season.
Fresh grapefruit brings a bright, pleasantly tart flavor, while cucumber-lime juice keeps the cocktail cool and refreshing. Jalapeño agave follows with a touch of sweetness and a gentle kick of heat, balanced by the sugar-coated rim. It’s a summer vodka cocktail recipe that feels equally at home beside the pool, around the patio, or at one final warm-weather gathering with friends.
